In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "os333" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at os333.app, operated by its internationally licensed parent entity.

As a Member of os333, you accept the following obligations with respect to your account at all times:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your os333 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your os333 account under any circumstances.
• You must notify os333 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, a breach of your credentials, or any suspicious activity on your account.

• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to access, navigate, or interact with the os333 Platform.

os333 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Deposits: Deposits are processed in real time subject to your payment provider's availability. os333 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in your os333 account dashboard and are subject to change. Current minimums are always visible before you initiate a transaction.

os333 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonus Funds are credited to your account wallet separately from real-money Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet-per-spin or per-wager restrictions applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• os333 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus that has been claimed in circumstances of suspected abuse, technical error, or breach of these Terms.
• A Member may only claim a welcome bonus once. Duplicate accounts created for the purpose of claiming a welcome bonus multiple times will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied in full.

• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage over os333 or other players.
• Using any form of automated software, artificial intelligence, bot, scraper, or exploit to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Engaging in any form of payment fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks without basis, or multi-accounting to exploit deposit bonuses.
• Attempting to launder money or use os333 as a vehicle for any financial crime, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing os333 staff or other Members via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

os333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire membership. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help Members maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps via account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure on-screen notifications alerting them when a set session duration has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may temporarily suspend their account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without the need to contact support.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any os333 software.
• Use os333 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on os333 content or game assets.

Any unauthorised use of os333's intellectual property may result in account termination and civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, os333 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, power outages, or third-party service interruptions beyond os333's reasonable control.
• Errors in game outcomes attributable to technical malfunctions that are subsequently identified and corrected in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms.
• Loss arising from your failure to maintain account security or from the unauthorised use of your credentials by a third party where os333 was not negligent.

os333's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to os333 in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by os333's gross negligence.

os333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct as set out in Section 7.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe as specified by os333.
• Suspicion that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring suspension or closure of the account.

Where an account is closed due to a Member's breach of these Terms, os333 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting os333 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

os333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By creating an os333 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
